COMMISSIONER MURPHY - A dedication of the new lighting
system in the auditorium of the Murray E. Nelson Government and
Cultural Center and a public thank you to those responsible.
SOCIAL SERVICESINUTRITION - Approval of a resolution to
set up FY09 ARRA-929 grant budget for $3,000.00 in order to pay
outstanding GA Food Services, Inc. Invoices from September
2009.
COMMISSIONER MURPHY - Appointment of Amy Slate to the
Marine & Port Advisory Committee for a 3-year term to expire on
11/1/2012. Amy Slate will replace Rob Bleser whose term expired
in September 2009.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT - (Deleted) - Approval of a resolution
authorizing the Monroe County Health Department to establish
clinical fees for primary care services offered as set forth in
Exhibit A attached to and made a part of the resolution.
MAYOR NEUGENT - (Deleted) - Discussion of FEMA
Inspection Program procedures at point of sale of residential
and commercial properties and providing a certificate of
occupancy for the validity of a downstairs enclosure.
MAYOR NEUGENT - Approval of Resolution supporting
legislation to establish the Middle Keys Hospital District, an
independent special district for the maintenance & equipping of
Fishermen's Hospital.
