ITEM BACKGROUND:
The work contained in this change order is for excavating & relocating the concrete stormwater well
box as well as installing a screen overflow pipe.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: On June 18, 2008, the BOCC granted approval and
authorized execution of an Agreement with Charley Toppino & Sons, Inc., and Bee Brothers as
subcontractor, for the Prado Circle Stormwater Improvements Projects on Big Coppitt.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES:
The project was approved as part of the County's Seven Year Road Plan in March 2005
