GENERAL DESCRIPTION i
Primary function is to supervise attendants and assist the Sr. Administratbr with IT naging the day to day
operation of Bayshore Manor, Reports directly to the Bayshore Manor ~r Admini rator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES I
1. *In Sr. Administrator's absence will assume responsibility for staff ~ facility
all General License Standards for ALF according to Florida Statutes andi Florida
2. *Supervision of attendants and employee performance evaluations.
3. * Assists S r. Administrator with medication management, monitor medication 1<
of medication. I
4. *Prepares attendant work schedule and assures 24 hour staffmg offa4ility.
