Due to lack of construction project funding to proceed, the county must terminate negotiations with
HDR Construction Control Corporation for the Construction Engineering and Inspection Services (CEI)
for the Sands Subdivision Sea Level Rise Pilot project.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
August 17, 2022 - The BOCC approved negotiations for a contract with HDR Construction Control
Corporation, the highest ranked respondent for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services (CEI)
for the Sands Subdivision Sea Level Rise Pilot project.
