On 1/23/23, the County responded to the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and also filed its own motion for summary judgment on its counterclaim. The Court heard the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment on 2/1/23 and the County's motion for summary judgment on its counterclaim on 3/8/23. On 5/3/22, the Plaintiffs appealed to the Third DCA.
