Background: This is a cost change to the Contingency related to RFI 216, dated 05/18/2023, to install aluminum flashing along the perimeter of the roof to span the gap between the roof slab and the tilt wall panels. This flashing will support the perimeter edge of the secondary (bottom) roof layer that runs up the parapet wall formed by the top of the tilt panels.
