All terms and conditions of the referenced Contract, as amended, for Real Estate and Closing Services shall apply to this Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Contract which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the amendment, addition or modification shall be precisely described. In accordance with the Real Estate and Closing Services contract, attachment A,Scope of Work and Pricing, the Consultant will perform title search and title insurance tasks as listed below on the parcels listed below: • Perform title research,title searches and obtain title insurance • Identify all persons / entities holding claims, liens or judgments of any type against the parcel, along with a description of the claim/lien/judgment and book/page where the claim/lien/judgment is recorded • Prepare deeds and other required property documents and information to complete a closing (such as closing statements, legal description, exact address and Monroe County Real Estate Parcel number) • Provide related services as directed 3 1568 .eY .. Pricing Title Search Fee (per parcel): $125.00 Title Insurance (per parcel or per each $1000 in purchase price):Title insurance rates are established by Rule 690-186.003 of the Florida Administrative Code and will be applied as established. 2. Prior to beginning the work, individual or grouped requests for title search and title insurance on specific parcels will be subject to a Notice to Proceed issued via email from the County to the Consultant.
