WHEREAS, to this end, all boaters are asked to continue the spirit of Safe Boating Week throughout the entire year by wearing a life jacket, taking it boating education course, getting a Vessel Safety Check, operating their vessels responsibly, safely and soberly and obeying Coast Guard Regulations.
