ITEM BACKGROUND: Hyatt & Hyatt plans on reopening Behihana Restaurant on or about April 1, 2008. They wish to
lease the parking area on the corner of S. Roosevelt Boulevard and Stickney Drive, evenings only. Hyatt and Hyatt leased
this lot until the restaurant was closed due to damage caused by hurricane Wilma.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: Approval of lease agreement May 15, 2002. Approval to terminate lease
agreement due to hurricane damage to restaurant, 12/21/05.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES: Lease agreement pending.
