ITEM BACKGROUND: The position of Division Director of Community Services became vacant in September due to the former Division Director resigning. After great consideration, the Administration decided to downgrade the Division Director's position to a Social Services Director position and separate some of the Departments within the Division to other existing staff members. Ms. Graham was temporarily assigned with some of the duties of the Division Director while maintaining her regular duties. Sheryl Graham has proven her ability to manage the Department and has been selected to fulfill this position of Social Services Director.
