Letter Amendment(Amendment No. 1)
Per the provisions of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation(CRRSA) Act,
the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA)has calculated a reallocation of CRRSA Act funds to

failed to claim their funds. As a result, the FAA intends to amend your Airport Coronavirus Relief Grant
Program (ACRGP) Grant Agreement, referenced above, to increase the maximum obligation of your
ACRGP grant.
This amendment letter effects the ACRGP Grant Amendment and commits the FAA, acting for and on
behalf of the United States of America,to increase the maximum obligation of the United States by
$718.00 (from $3,536,873.00 to $3,537,591.00). This document is incorporated into and constitutes
Amendment No. 1 to the above-referenced ACRGP Grant Agreement. All other terms and conditions of
the CRRSA Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
As stated, this Amendment, increasing the maximum obligation of this grant, will go into effect unless
you expressly decline to accept this amendment by September 3,2021. If you wish to decline these
additional funds, please sign the statement below and return an electronic copy to
CARESAir orts Haa.gov by September 3, 2021. If your response is not provided to the FAA by this
date, additional funds will be obligated on your grant. If you have already drawn down all the funds on
your ACRGP grant, you must provide a signed Federal Financial Report(SF-425) and a closeout report
when you submit a payment request for these additional funds. A sample of the closeout report can be
