dated 4/27/2000. The Trust was originally executed on April 27,2000,and is currently in existence.
B. The name(s)of the settlor(s)of the Trust is: Thomas M.Rodd.
C. The name(s)of theTrustee(s)is:Thomas M.Rodd.
D. The identity of the duly appointed and currently acting Trustee of the Trust,and his mailing address

E. Thomas M. Rodd, as Trustee, has the authority to sign the Covenant of Unity of Title and
Restrictions on Future Development and/or Conveyances and closing documents, as Trustee of the Trust

Section Two, Big Pine Key, Florida, which property is partially owned by the Trust and described as
follows:
Block 5, Lot 21, Pine Channel Estates, Section Two, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 2 of the Public Records of Monroe
County,Florida.
