ITEM BACKGROUND:
Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Land Authority owns Lot 5, Block 18, Eden Pines Colony,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 158 of the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida.
This site is needed for the County to install injection wells as part of the Canal Restoration Water
Quality Improvement Program.

Initial easement being a portion of Lot 5, Block 18, Eden Pines Colony, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 158 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 18, Eden Pines Colony, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 158 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; thence run N 00°12'35"E,
along the west line of said Lot 5 for a distance of 32.67 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described
parcel; thence continue N 00°12'35"E, along said west line for a distance of 10.00 feet; thence run S 89°47'25"E
for a distance of 75.00 feet; thence run N 00°12'35"E, for a distance of 10.00 feet; thence run S 89°47'25"E for a
distance of 10.00 feet to the east line of said Lot 5; thence run S 00°12'35"W along said east line of Lot 5 for a
distance of 30.00 feet; thence run N 89°4725"W for a distance of 10.00 feet; thence run N 00°12'35"E, for a
distance of 10.00 feet; thence run N 89°4725"W for a distance of 75.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
