ITEM BACKGROUND: Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Land Authority owns Lot 5, Block 18, Eden Pines Colony, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 158 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. This site is needed for the County to install injection wells as part of the Canal Restoration Water Quality Improvement Program.
