Dear Mr. Rosch:
Enclosed, please find the following:
1. Executed Public Purpose Quit Claim Deed conveying a 100-foot wide parcel of land running along the outermost
limits of the FDOT right of way on the bayside of Conch Key for the length of Conch Key.
2. Monroe County Administrator's copy of Notice of Change of Ownership to two (2) tenants, Conch Trailer Court and
Bay View Inn, along with the executed Lease Assignment for Bay View Inn to Monroe County.
3. State Warrant in the amount of $2,250.47 which represents prorated lease amounts for Conch Trailer Park and Bay
View Inn as follows:
Parcel 6002 - Conch Trailer Court - $720.00 annual lease payment made for the period 6/1/02 - 5/31/03
$720.00/365 days = $1.973 per day
proration for the period 11/1/02 - 5/31/03 = 212 days X $1.973 = $418.27
Parcel 6081 - Robert & Carolyn Lyne/Bay View Inn - $2,200.00 annual lease payment made for the
period 9/1/02 - 8131/03
$2,200.00 1 365 days = $6.027 per day
proration for the period 11/1/02 - 8/31/03 = 304 days X $6.027 = $1,832.20
*Note - These calculations are based on the annual lease amount only. Sales and discretionary taxes have not been
calculated because FOOT has already collected and forwarded these taxes to the Department of Revenue.
Once the Quit Claim Deed has been recorded, please forward a copy to me for our files. Thank you for your assistance with our
conveyance process. We hope the land will be of use in Monroe County's Sanitary Wastewater Master Plan. Have a safe and
