subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
TWENTY-SEVEN AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($27.50) in lawful money of the United States, to it
paid by JOHN F. TURGEON, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto JOHN F. TURGEON, party of the second part,
the following goods and chattels:

IS" condition with no warranties, express or implied, of any kind concerning the safety, working
condition, or any other aspect of merchantability,
