This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master Agreement for
Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and McFarland Johnson inc.
("Consultant"),dated February 16,2022("Agreement"). The Agreement is incorporated herein and forms
an integral part of this Task Order.
Services Authorized:
Client authorizes Consultant to perform: Phase 1 of the Key West International Airport (EYW)
Consolidated Rental Car Center(CONRAC) project kickoff,stakeholder engagement/coordination,
and conceptual planning.Services will include up to 4 meetings and planning services to establish the
preliminary facility concept.
Pricing
N/A Time and Expense per Agreement and Exhibit B to the Agreement.
