Burke, Esq. of Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & McDuff, P.A., the County's counsel in this litigation, and a certified court reporter. March 21. 2006. at 8:30 A.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. at the Marathon Government Center, 2798 Overseas Highway, Mile Marker 50, Marathon, Florida. Those persons attending the Closed Session will be the County Commissioners, County Administrator, County Attorney Suzanne A. Hutton, Chief Assistant County Attorney Bob Shillinger and litigation counsel for the County Michael T. Burke, Esq. of Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & McDuff, P,A., and a certified court reporter. The purpose of the Closed Session concerns pending litigation in the case of EEOC v. Monroe County. Charge No. 510-2006-04265 in which the County is presently a party. At the end of this Closed Session, the public portion of the meeting will be opened.
