Basis for Recommended Action: 1. The requested release does not increase the total cost of the project as approved by the BOCC, and it will have no impact to contract time. 2. The scope for which the release is requested is within the intended project scope. 3. The release is not based upon an error or omission by the designer or the general contractor.
