ITEM BACKGROUND: MCLA acquired Lots 1, 2, 15, 16, 17, Block 8, Palm Villa Subdivision, RE# 00278950-000000 (Luong property), including a ROGO Exemption. The lots will be conservation and MCLA will seek to sell those lots to the State of Florida Forever Program. MCLA also acquired Lot 15, Block 22, Big Pine Cove Subdivision, RE# 00308540-000100 (Clancy property). This lot will be used for a future affordable housing unit, that will utilize the ROGO Exemption from RE# 00278950-000000. This agenda item authorizes MCLA staff to apply for a minor conditional use approval to move the ROGO Exemption and authorizes the Executive Director as authorized agent for the application.
