MCLA also acquired Lot 17, Block 22, Big Pine Cove Subdivision, RE# 00308540-000200 (Clancy property). This lot will be used for a future affordable housing unit, that will utilize the ROGO Exemption from RE# 00303660-000000. This agenda item authorizes MCLA staff to apply for a minor conditional use approval, to move the ROGO Exemption, and authorizes the Executive Director as authorized agent for the application.
