QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this _eday of March, 2024, by and between
MONROE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is c/o Kevin
Wilson, Acting County Administrator, 1100 Simonton Street, Room 2-205, Key West, FL
33040, Grantor, and GALLEON BAY CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, whose address is
1179 SW 21$t Street, Boca Raton, FL 33486, Grantee.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
does remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part has in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being in the County of Monroe, State of
Florida, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Revised Plat of Galleon Bay, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 7 Page 65 of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida
SUBJECT TO: Taxes, if any, for the year 2024 and subsequent years.
SUBJECT TO: Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations and
easements of record, including all development approvals issued by Monroe
County, Florida.
THIS DOCUMENT WAS PREPARED WITHOUT BENEFIT OF TITLE SEARCH OR
ABSTRACT EXAMINATION AND IS BASED SOLELY ON THE FACTS PROVIDED BY
EITHER OF THE PARTIES OR THEIR AGENTS.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoove of the said party of the second part forever.
