County Ordinance Number 031-1986 the owner and holder of that certain Amended Conservation
Easement ("MCLA Easement") dated December 15, 2004 and recorded on March 22, 2005 in
Official Records Book 2096, Page 200, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida which hereby
releases,remits and discharges that certain real property attached as Exhibit"A"from the MCLA
Easement.All remaining terms and conditions of the MCLA Easement shall remain in full force and
effect except for as modified herein.
