This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master Agreement for
Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and McFarland Johnson Inc.
("Consultant"), dated April 21, 2021 ("Agreement"). The Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an
integral part of this Task Order.
Services Authorized:
Client authorizes Consultant to perform the Concourse A Gate 8 Design & Construction Administration
Services as further described in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein,which Appendix A is
marked with the above noted Task Order No. and consists of one (1)page.

CONCOURSE A AND TERMINAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
Task Order TIP 2023-01 C
Scope of Additional Services
McFarland-Johnson Inc., will provide additional design and construction administration services
for Architectural, Interiors, Signage, Lighting Design, Structural, Site/Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection for Monroe County, Florida (Sponsor/Owner) at the
proposed Key West International Airport (Airport) Concourse A and Terminal improvements.
In addition to the currently contracted scope of work and design services, this proposal includes
the following increase in scope of work:
Gate 8 Expansion Design & Construction Administration:
Scope of Work:
• Utilize existing door and future door opening in concrete wall of current IROP Storage
Room 339.
• Change Room Name to Gate 8 Vestibule.
• Update door hardware.
• Function of IROP Storage Room 339 to be relocated to Storage Room 306.
• Provide new lay-in 9'-0" ceiling and revise lighting fixtures.
• Provide new gate counter and FIDS back counter.
• Revise layout and reduce seating furniture as required.
• New pendant lights at gate counter and lighting in current IROP
• Extend existing MEP/FP and special systems to accommodate new layouts
• Specification and layout of Gate 8 fixed bridges and passenger boarding bridge (PBB)
• Foundation design to support proposed PBB and fixed sections.
• Apron design to support proposed PBB and fixed sections.
• Review of shop drawings and BFI's related to proposed design.
• Construction observation associated with proposed design.
Services Include:
Provide 100% Construction Documents (CD's) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to
develop an allowance for the work. Incorporate CMaR's review comments (if any) and develop
final construction documents to be included as part of CMaR's contract.
Additional Fee:
Lump sum of $98,600 to be distributed by phase as:
1. 100% CD's / Review Set $75,000
2. Construction Administration $23,600
Schedule:
100% CD's within 3 weeks from NTP of this additional service
Final CD's in 3 weeks of CMaR's final review of 1000% CD's
