WHEREAS, there was an Agreement entered into on October 18, 2023 between the parties, awarding $215,000 to Grantee for the Mote — Coral Restoration — Key West 2024 Project ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise Exhibit A of the Agreement outlining the scope of services for the project to revise the types and numbers of corals; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree to the amend Agreement as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement shall be revised as attached hereto. 2. The remaining provisions of the agreement dated October 18, 2023 shall remain in full force and effect.
