While the plotter would fit along the back wall, a comfortable working space in front of the plotter, moved the adjacent copier into the path of egress of the room. So,the locations were reversed, allowing for a 12" overlap on the inside corner, with an acceptable amount of working space in front of both machines. In the attached image: • The Copier\Fax will be placed against the back wall. o For this location, we will need a minimum of two data jacks. One for network and one for fax telephone service, as well as a 120V outlet. • The Plotter will be placed along the side wall. o For this location, we will need a minimum of one data jack for network, as well as a 120v outlet. To summarize, I'd like to ask for the total addition of two 120v receptacles and three network drops for this room, please. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask. I'd like to be sure of the equipment planned for that room, and how they want it placed in the room. That room only has power on one wall. So, if the equipment wont fit on one wall, or Emergency Management wants the equipment on opposite walls, it may create an ask for power on the opposite wall. It would be good to know if power on the opposite wall is still an option. Because if not, the choice becomes having both machines on the same wall, or moving one to another room. And that changes our data ask. I should be in Marathon Friday, and I can at least take some measurements and see if it fits. Hopefully by then I'll also be able to nail down what's going where.
