Wright Barrows, PLLC, whose address is 540 Key Deer Boulevard, Big Pine Key, Florida, 33043,
its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR"or"CONSULTANT."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Agreement for Real Estate and Closing Services ("AGREEMENT")
between The Law Offices of Anthony J. Barrows,LLC, and the COUNTY was entered into the 18th
day of June 2021; and
WHEREAS,Amendment One to the Agreement was entered into on the 10`'day of February
2023, which changed the name of the CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT from The Law Offices of
Anthony J. Barrows, LLC to Wright Barrows, PLLC., extended the duration of the Agreement and
corrected the rate for Clerk's recording fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises, covenants and contracts stated
herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties agree:

islative Intent. The foregoing recitals, findings of fact, and
statements of legislativeTnt are true and correct and are hereby incorporated as if fully stated
herein.
Sectionww2.. The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1) Article 1, Paragraph 1.1.9: The effective date of this AGREEMENT is June 18, 2021,
with an original term date of June 17, 2023. Amendment One of this AGREEMENT
extended the termination date to June 17, 2024. The COUNTY is extending this
AGREEMENT for an additional one (1)year at the same terms and conditions. The new
termination date is June 17, 2025. The COUNTY shall have the option of extending the
AGREEMENT for one(1)additional year at the same terms and conditions with approval
of the COUNTY's governing board. Such extension(s) shall be in the form of a written
Amendment to the AGREEMENT and shall be executed by both parties.
The remainder of the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT and Amendment One remain
unchanged by this Amendment, and continue in full force and effect.
