BARROWS LLC. This Amendment("Amendment Two") is made and entered into this 5th day of'...Ju ne 2024 by and between Monroe County("COUNTY"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida,whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, KeyWest)Florida 33040 thorough the Monroe �� g County Board of County Commissioners(`BOCC"), AND Wright Barrows, PLLC, whose address is 540 Key Deer Boulevard, Big Pine Key, Florida, 33043, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR"or"CONSULTANT." WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Agreement for Real Estate and Closing Services ("AGREEMENT") between The Law Offices of Anthony J. The AGREEMENT is amended as follows: 1) Article 1, Paragraph 1.1.9: The effective date of this AGREEMENT is June 18, 2021, with an original term date of June 17, 2023. Amendment One of this AGREEMENT extended the termination date to June 17, 2024. The COUNTY is extending this AGREEMENT for an additional one (1)year at the same terms and conditions. The new termination date is June 17, 2025. The COUNTY shall have the option of extending the AGREEMENT for one(1)additional year at the same terms and conditions with approval of the COUNTY's governing board. Such extension(s) shall be in the form of a written Amendment to the AGREEMENT and shall be executed by both parties. The remainder of the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT and Amendment One remain unchanged by this Amendment, and continue in full force and effect.
