We are requesting permission to revise the policy in Section III pages 3 and 10 to allow for all TDC and Advisory Committee meetings to be advertised on the Monroe County Website under public notices. u i ip e ui lll!) III!!I Meetings: Regular TDC and DAC meetings are noticed by the TDC Administrative office to the media (Key West Citizen, The Weekly, The News Barometer) fifteen (15) days in advance of the meeting. Special meetings, if deemed necessary by the Chairperson of the DAC, are noticed to the media five (5) days in advance of the meeting. Emergency meetings (so designated by the Chairperson of the DAC) are noticed (4) hours in advance through Public Service Announcement by the appropriate radio stations. lac a lll'' III!!I Meetings: Regular TDC, DAC and Advisory Board meetings shall be noticed by the TDC Administrative office on the Monroe County Website Public Notices Calendar and Tourist Development Council Calendar pages. Reasonable notice will be provided for all meetings which shall be at least three (3) days prior to the meeting date, unless a special or emergency meeting is called which prevents three (3) days prior notice. Special and Emergency meetings (so designated by the Chairperson of the TDC or DAC) shall be noticed on the County's Website immediately upon being called by the Chairperson. TDC approved at their meeting of June 18, 2024. Upon approval by the BOCC the TDC Operations Manual will be updated. 2523
