A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 171-1996.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida. to make changes in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1995, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 171-1996 previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds Fiscal Year
1995 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and adopted on
April 17,1996, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 22nd day of May AD 1996.
