Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an integral part of this Task Order.

Key West International Airport (EYW)
Grant Administration and JACIP — EYW
Jacobs Project Management Company will provide these services:
Overview
FAA and FDOT both participate in FDOT's Joint Automated Capital Improvement Program
(JACIP). This is a web-based tool designed to assist each stakeholder - airport, state and FAA
with their unique but interrelated airport planning and programming responsibilities. Monroe
County Airports is requesting assistance with the preparation of their 5 year Capital
Improvement Program (CIP), FAA Grant Pre-Applications, Quarterly Progress Reports to the
FAA and JACIP for Key West International Airport (EYW). This scope of services identifies the
elements and tasks Jacobs Project Management Company will provide as administrative and
grant support services for Monroe County Airports. The Specific tasks regarding both of these
elements are presented below:
FAA & FDOT Grant Management
1. Prepare FAA Grant Pre-Applications and FAA Grant Applications for EYW, on an annual
basis for signature and submittal by Monroe County;
2. Prepare Quarterly Grant Status Reports for EYW on all open grants, complete on a
quarterly basis for signature and submittal by Monroe County;
3. Meet with FAA/FDOT Personnel to discuss EYW projects on an annual basis.
JACIP Tasks
1. Provide input, develop cost estimates and make recommendations for airport projects to
develop a 5 year CIP to be included in the JACIP for EYW on an annual basis;
2. Enter all pertinent data for EYW into JACIP as required;
3. Coordinate with FAA and FDOT program managers with regards to JACIP for EYW.
