ITEM BACKGROUND: The Airport desires to promote goodwill throughout the County by sponsoring events such as the annual Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride happening January 10-11, 2025. EYW has been a sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride for several consecutive years. It has become a popular event among riders, support staff and visitors. As seen in the attached documents, the sponsorship will be promoted online via numerous social media accounts in addition to advertising in local media publications and is expected to be viewed at least 200,000 times. This annual event has become quite popular with the riders, support staff and visitors and we expect over 4,000 people to come out throughout the Keys to support the event.
