RESOLUTION NO. 214 -1996
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE VOTER PREFERENCE REFERENDUM REGARDING
THE FLORIDA KEYS NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY AND PROTECTION ACT
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1995, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida requested the Supervisor of Elections place before the voters of Monroe County on
November, 1996 general election a referendum question on the Florida Keys National Marine
Sanctuary and Protection Act now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That the Supervisor of Elections is hereby requested to place before the
voters of Monroe County, Florida, on the November 1996 general election the following referendum
question:
