Per your conversation with Susan,we are pleased to submit the following information and pricing to OrdBank the Countys Ordinances.The pricing below is for the Recodification through Supplement No. 7 Update 9 for the Code of Ordinances, and Supplement No.8 Update 2 for the Land Development Code. OrdBank takes the NOW service one step further and retains each ordinance online after the legislation is codified. Prior to codification NOW posts the ordinance as a PDF with a description,then once a supplement is completed each ordinance will remain online in the"OrdBank"and linked from the History note. Here is how it works: 1) Send us your ordinances as they are adopted and Municode will post them online within 3 days as NOW (Currently$25 per ordinance). 2) Municode will keep the ordinances posted until you are ready for a supplement(i.e.codification). The County pays the per page rate for pages added/amended in the Code per the directive of the legislation. 3) After the supplement is completed the ordinances are placed in OrdBank. This service is a permanent collection of all ordinances sent to Municode, listed chronologically and organized by Supplement number,presented online with number,date and a brief description. Each ordinance in the list is linked to the actual ordinances as enacted,and from the History Note of the section derived from the ordinance. The cost for this service is$10 per ordinance and requires participation in the NOW Service or Ordl-ink.
