A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 373-2024
WHEREAS,Resolution.Number 373-2024, heretofore enacted for the purpose.of receipt of unanticipated funds,
contains an erroneous information,and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors,now therefore;
BE IT. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IONERS OF F MONROE ,
FLORIDA,that Resolution No.373-2024 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receipt
of unanticipated funds in Fiscal Year 2025 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and •
adopted on October 16th,2024,is hereby rescinded:
