A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 308-2024
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 308-2024, heretofore enacted:for the purpose.of receipt of unanticipated funds,
contains an erroneous information,and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the Commission to rectify byamendment such errors_,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' BOARD OF_ COUNTY COMMISSIONERS;OF:.MONROE;COUNTY,
FLORIDA,that Resolution No.308-2024 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receipt
of unanticipated funds in Fiscal Year 2025 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution,passed and
adopted on October 16th,2024,is.hereby rescinded:.
