Scope of Services: Services will include (but not limited to) on-call assistance to the County, the
Director of Airports and his/her staff on issues including general airport financial and strategic
business planning; existing and potential future bond indebtedness compliance and planning;
airline affairs, Airline use agreement and rates and charges planning, food, beverage and retail
operator affairs, rental car concession affairs, capital improvement funding analyses and other
planning assistance that may berequested by the Director of Airports from time to time, and
which is not otherwise authorized under athen effective Purchase/Service (]rder (P3O)
between Newton &Associates, Inc. and the County.
