This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master
Agreement for Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and JACOBS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CO. ("Consultant"), dated February 16, 2022 ("Agreement"). The
Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an integral part of this Task Order.

Client authorizes Consultant to perform the Services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein,which Exhibit A is marked with the above noted Task Order No. and consists
of 2 page(s).

Commercial Apron Expansion and Mitigation
Construction Support and RPR Services -Supplement
SCOPE OF WORK
Jacobs Project Management Co. (Jacobs)will provide supplemental design and construction
support services for the "Commercial Apron Expansion and Mitigation" project at Key West
International Airport(EYW). This supplement includes the design and construction support for the
relocation of(2) power and control platforms that currently service existing injection wells located
adjacent to the Commercial Apron. The work will also include relocation of existing 480v power
cabinet designated to service the commercial apron high mast floodlighting. Equipment will be
relocated to accommodate the installation of a new Passenger Boarding Bridge associated with the
Concourse installation. All relocated equipment shall be moved outside the airport security fence.
ASSUMPTIONS
■ Supplemental design and construction phase services are to be provided synchronously with
original contract work. In the event the supplemental construction scope duration exceeds
the calendar days listed in the original contract(600 calendar days) Jacobs reserves the right
to revise our proposal.
■ Jacobs will invoice on a percent complete to compensate the level of effort required for each
assignment.
■ All as-built drawings to be provided to Jacobs in electronic (AutoCAD)format and hard copy
(printed) format.
■ Coordination meetings can be held virtually.
■ This scope of services and pricing is provided based upon and shall be performed under
base agreement"Master Agreement for Professional Services 2/24". The Master Agreement
for Professional Services is between Monroe County Florida and Jacobs Project
Management Co. with an execution date of February 24, 2022 (together the base agreement
Master Agreement for Professional Services 2/24 and any amendments thereto are defined
as the"Agreement"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained or referenced in
this Scope of Services, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall govern all staff
augmentation under this Scope of Services.
■ Construction is anticipated to start no later than December of 2024.
These supplemental construction services will provide the following:

1. Research Record Drawings

2. Perform 1 visit for Data Collection.
3. Develop Technical Specifications (Platform Relocation).
4. Develop Construction Cost Opinion.
5. Develop the following construction plan sheets:
• Demolition Plan (Electrical, Pump/Drainage, Civil)
• Proposed Plan (Electrical, Pump/Drainage, Civil)
• Details (Electrical, Pump/Drainage, Civil)
6. Direct coordination with stakeholders (2 virtual meetings).
7. Respond to Contractor's RFI's associated with the scope described above (6 maximum).
8. Provide QA/QC services.
9. Review Change Order. Assuming 1 change order associated with the scope described above.
10. Attend final inspection and generate report.
11. As-Built Drawing Preparation.
12. Provide general support for resident project representative (RPR), Monroe County and
contractor team.
Services for Article D will be provided under a lump sum basis.
