D3 Agreement with Starmark International, LLC for professional Advertising Services commencing March 1, 2025 and terminating on September 30, 2028 with an option to extend for an additional two (2) year period. D4 Agreement with MMGY Global, LLC for professional Website Services commencing March 1, 2025 and terminating on September 30, 2028 with an option to extend for an additional two (2)year period. D5 Agreement with Turner Public Relations, LLC for professional Public Relations Services commencing March 1, 2025 and terminating on September 30, 2028 with an option to extend for an additional two (2) year period.
