Subject: Formal Request for Project Extension - MCDC Stock Island Stucco Repairs
Dear Matthew Howard,
We are writing to formally request an extension for the final completion of the MCDC
Stock Island Stucco Repairs project. As per the original agreement, the project
commenced on October 15, 2024, with final completion set for January 13, 2025. Despite
following the schedule, additional time is needed to maintain the high quality and
precision required for the project.
Given that the project requires careful attention to detail and precision, we believe that
an extension of 104 calendar days is necessary, moving the final completion date to April 27,
2025.
