Detailed description of change order and justification:
Due to supply chain issues, delivery and installation of the drainage and paving material was delayed. The
unforeseen delay in drainage installation pushed back the installation of the asphalt which, in turn created a
scheduling conflict for the resurfacing subcontractor.
This change order is 0% of the original contract price.
