Recitals. The foregoing title, findings of fact, and conclusions of law are true and 11 correct and are hereby incorporated as if fully stated herein. 12 13 Section 2. The road is currently blocked for public motorized accessibility; the road 46 was heavily damaged during Hurricane Ian and previous storm events and cannot be 2of4 I safely used for vehicle traffic. The Navy intends to construct an Anti-Terrorism Force 2 Protection fence at the junction of Federal property for public safety purposes. The "easement by grant, reservation in easement, and/or encumbrance" set forth on 36 Page 2 of the attached quitclaim deed is hereby incorporated as if fully stated herein 37 and constitutes a condition of this Resolution. 38 39 4.
