The amendment corrects the corporation legal name from FP Tire Removal, Inc. to FP Junk Tire Inc, adds a remittance address for payments, and adds services and rates for the removal and disposal for "oversized tires". ITEM BACKGROUND: The County and Contractor entered into Agreement for tire disposal services on February 19, 2025. An Amendment to the Agreement is needed. The Agreement incorrectly listed the Contractor corporate name as "FP Tire Disposal, Inc." instead of the correct name of"FP Junk Tire Inc". The Contractor also wants to amend the Agreement to include a remittance address of P.O. Box 681096, Miami, Florida 33168. The Agreement did not specifically include removal and pricing for"oversized tires" meaning tires that will not fit on standard size passenger car, truck or SUV and the County wants to add this service and pricing in order to remove oversized tires at the County's transfer stations.
