WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on May 17, 2023, COUNTY and Anser Advisory entered into the Agreement referenced above; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 2024, Anser Advisory changed its name from Anser Advisory Consulting, LLC to Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects Consulting, LLC; and WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONSULTANT desire to amend the Agreement in order to reflect the current name of the CONSULTANT. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises, covenants and contracts stated herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, COUNTY and CONSULTANT agree as follows: 1. The name of the CONSULTANT is formally changed from Anser Advisory Consulting, LLC to Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects Consulting, LLC wherever it appears in the Agreement. 2. CONSULTANT agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. 3. This Agreement is retroactive to December 16, 2024. 4. Both of the signatories to this Amendment have the full requisite authority to enter into this Amendment on behalf of their respective bodies. 5. In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
