("Consultant"), dated February 24, 2022 ("Agreement"). The Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an integral part of this Task Order. (Jacobs) will provide construction support services in support of the new Fuel Farm at the Florida Keys Marathon International Airport (MTH). These services will provide the following: ASSUMPTIONS 1. Services are based on an anticipated duration of 7 months of construction in the field. In the event the construction duration exceeds the duration listed above, Jacobs reserves the right to revise our proposal. 2. Jacobs will invoice on a percent complete, including expenses, to compensate the level of effort required for each assignment. 3. Jacobs does not have control over or charge of and shall not be responsiblefor construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the work, since these are solely the CONTRACTOR'S responsibility under the contract for construction. 4. Construction support services will be on a part time basis. This scope of work and associated fees will be based on the following assumptions defining the frequency of site visits: • For budgeting purposes, it is assumed the site visits will occur twice per month for approximately 12 hours per visit, including travel time, for an average of 24 hours per month. The frequency of site observation trips may change based on the level of construction activity. It is assumed the final inspection will be included as part of the schedule and hours allotted in the above items. 5. The fee to provide construction support services to facilitate coordination between the Airport and FBO are listed on the Fee Summary. 6. This scope of services and pricing is provided based upon and shall be performed under base agreement"Master Agreement for Professional Services". The Master Agreement for Professional Services is between Monroe County Florida and Jacobs Project Management Co. with an execution date of February 16, 2022 (together the base agreement Master Agreement for Professional Services and any amendments thereto are defined as the "Agreement"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained or referenced in this Scope of Services, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall govern all staff augmentation under this Scope of Services. Page 1 of 2 7. Construction Documents for the FBO's new Fuel Farm will be provided. ARTICLE D—Construction Support Services 1. Attend pre-construction conference. 2. Provide part time construction support services for the work elements associated with the project. 3. The construction support professional for this project shall have field experience in the type of work to be performed and be fully qualified to make interpretations. 4. When on site the construction support professional shall serve as liaison between the Airport and the FBO. 5. While onsite the construction support professional shall check construction activities to ensure compliance with the plansand specifications and such activities are compatible with the operations occurring at The Florida Keys Marathon International Airport and if necessary, assist in coordinating the Airport's Hurricane plan with the FBO. The construction support professional will inform the Airport of any work, which is in non- compliance, in a timely manner. 6. The construction support professional will attend the final inspection. 7. The construction support professional will prepare site visit reports at the conclusion of each visit along with the final inspection. These site visit reports will be provided to the Airport. Deliverables: • Attendance at the Pre-Construction conference. • Initiate and facilitate communication between the Airport and FBO to assure compliance with agency requirements. • Temporary, part-time, on-site presence of a qualified construction support professional, as detailed on the Fee Summary for 7 months. • Submit written documentation of all site visits, including relevant observations and inspections undertaken as on-site construction support professional. • Submit all notifications of potential non-compliance issues to the Airport in a timely manner. • Attendance (in-person) at the final inspection. Submit inspection report regarding any Airport concerns. Services for Article D will be provided under a lump sum basis billed monthly on a percent complete basis.
