This Amendment modified the original Scope of Work for the project and was originally approved by the BOCC at the November 19, 2024 meeting. After being approved by the BOCC an additional sentence was added to the modified Scope of Work before DHR executed the Amendment. The parties entered into a grant agreement for the implementation of a Special Category grant, for Historic Monroe County Courthouse Exterior Masonry Restoration. The parties now mutually desire to amend certain tern-is and conditions of the grant agreement. In consideration of the covenants contained herein, it is agreed: All section of the original grant agreement not specifically amended by this or a prior written amendment and an prior written amendments are hereby reaffirmed. The following sections are hereby revised as follows: Original Scope Of Work Grant funds will be used to facilitate repairs to the historic Monroe County Courthouse in Key West, Florida. Work items will include repair/replacement of bricks and repointing of historic mortar joints. Grant funds will also be used to hire professional contractor services; architectural/engineering services; and architectural conservator services. Amended Scope Of Work Grant funds will be used to facilitate repairs to the historic Monroe County Courthouse in Key West, Florida, Work items will include window and wall preparation for brick work and application of brick sealant. Grant funds will also be used to hire professional contractor service and architecturaliengineering services. Water repellent coating specifications will be submitted to the Division of Historical Resources for review and approval prior to application on the building. Original Length of Agreement 7/l/2022 -12/31/2024 Amended Length of Agreement 7/1/2022 -6/30/2025 Additional Conditions 12. Grant Reporting Requirements: j)Tenth Report is due by January 31, for the period ending December 31 (third year of the grant period). k)Eleventh Report is due by April 30, for the period ending March 31 (third year of the grant period). 1) Final Report. The Grantee must submit a Final Report to the Division within one month of the Grant Period End Page:I Date set forth in Section 2 above. All final reports must document the completion of all deliverables/tasks, expenses and activities that occurred by the Grant Period End Date. The Grantee may expend funds only for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the specified agreement period. Expenditures of state or federal financial assistance must be in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to expenditures of state and federal funds, including, but not limited to, this Agreement, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures, 2 CFR Part 200.
