Approval of Addendum No. 5 to the Courier Service Agreement with Buccaneer Courier to Lower the Required Vehicular Liability to a $500,000 Combined Single Limit and General Liability to a $300,000 Combined Single Limit. WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement for courier services on April 20, 2022 for a two(2)year term commencing May 1, 2022 (Agreement); and WHEREAS,the parties entered into an addendum on OctOberOctober 19,2022 for removal of four(4)Stops; and WHEREAS,the greement allows for a.n annual consumer Price Index for all urban consumers P1-U) for the most recent.twelve (12)months available; and WHEREAS, theCPI-U for the most recent twelve months is 2.9%as released February 2025 per the Buteau of Labor Statistics, U.S..
