Subject: Notice to Proceed Construction
Relocate Runway 7-25
The Florida Keys Marathon International Airport
Mr. Lopez:
Please consider this letter as a Notice to Proceed (NTP) Construction effective on May 13,
2025, per the requirements of the above contract dated December 11th, 2024. The Contract
time of 162 Calendar Days will begin on May 13, 2025, with a completion date of October 21,
2025.
Please note that within this time it is imperative that Phase 5 work must be completed between
August 18, 2025, and October 7, 2025 as noted in Special Provision No. 3 of the Project
Manual.
