Mayer Solid Waste Assessment 2025 D00O23.pdf Categories: Orange Category Commissioner(bcc), The attached memo was sent to the County Administrator's out of protest for the recommended Solid Waste Assessment for 202512026. The Solid Waste Supervisor inspected this property last year when Mr. Mayer also contested the assessment for 202412025. The supervisor explained the ordinance for solid waste assessments, and why he was being charged for units. If Mr. Mayer would want to remove the kitchen facility from the studio/apartment above his garbage, then the assessment could be reduced to just one. Sending as informational purposes only. I am a 73 year-old retiree, living alone for about 350 days out of the year a one bedroom, one and r/2 bathroom house. I hardly have enough trash to be collected twice a week. On nine out of ten collection days I add my little bag to my neighbor's trash can (with their consent). y"second dwelling" is a garage and a carport with a studio, which serves as my granddaughter's playroom, when any daughter, who lives in Europe, visits twice a year. Both premises have been inspected by the County and.found true to my statement.ernt°Both dwellings are on the same water-and electric meter.Neither unit s. or will be rented. I do not own, occupy,or rent a McMansion with five plus bedrooms and baths, that is occupied and/or rented for parties of Lip to 20 people, only paying for one trashcan and. overfilling it every weekend. have Monday-morning-pictures of homes in my neighborhood with overflowing trashc s°°° I do riot believe that the c urrent ruling is fair to all concerned.
