The County has been awarded a Special Category Grant from the State Division of Historical Resources (DHR) for the application of a waterproof sealant to provide an interim solution to the building moisture issues. Due to the low contract amount, staff requested that the Contractor submit a change order request for additional work including replacement of rotted.wood, re-caulking, and painting around the windows in order to achieve a watertight building.
