WHEREAS, there was an Agreement entered into on July 20, 2022, between the parties, for funding of supplemental cost of tourist related programs; and WHEREAS, the Agreement provides an option to extend the Agreement under the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year period; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise the option to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) year period under the same terms and conditions; and NO'MI"+W', THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein„ the parties agree to the amended Agreement as follows: 1. Paragraph 1 of the Agreement shall be revised to read: Term,: The Agreement shall expire on September 30, 2027N 2. The remaining provisions of the agreement dated' July 20, 2022 shall remain in full force and effect.
