WHEREAS, there was an Agreement entered into on February 19, 2025 between the parties, for Company to provide Public Relations Services for the Tourist Development Council; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise Attachment A — Scope of Services of the Agreement to add items that were not originally contemplated in the original scope of services; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to revise Attachment A of the Agreement to include VNR distribution, reporting, hit announcements, and monthly content/slides for TDC meeting, and increase the monthly compensation from $30,000/month to $32,880/month; and WHEREAS, during the onboarding of the company, unanticipated additional support hours were required to continue public relations efforts for the destination; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement to include Attachment C — Onboarding and Continuation of Public Relations Efforts; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree to the amended Agreement as follows- 1. The Agreement shall be revised to include the revised Attachment A, as attached hereto, and retroactively effective to July 1, 2025, which includes the addition of VRN distribution, reporting, hit announcements and monthly content/slides for TDC meetings, and increases the monthly compensation to $32,880. 2. The Agreement shall be revised to add Attachment C — Onboarding and Continuation of Public Relations Efforts in the amount of $54,760 retroactivity effective from March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 . 3. The remaining provisions of the agreement dated February 19, 2025 shall remain in full force and effect.
